thanks guys....especially Johnny_Cage..hehe....butI am quiet aware of soundtracks specific to a game, I meant more like a group of old school video game songs....like mario bros. and zelda, I rem. some guy requested a song from an album that had a bunch of different song from diff. games but can't rem. the album |

Try the "Orchestral Game Concert" series, iro. I think that might be what you're looking for.
There is a series of 5 "Orchestral Game Concert" CDs on SST - This is the first with Zelda:
