The first part is from a song called "Hanging" on the Plunkett & Macleane by Craig Armstrong. Great album in my opinion. The second part is a sound effects from a game show called The Price is Right by Bob Barker ( I am pretty sure on this game show). Hope that helps.

Actually now that I have listened to my CD of it that small clip is actually from the song called "Escape"

Yup its 'escape'. Great combo with Hanging in front of it.
