In the soundtrack department, it would have to be Kikujiro's Summer by Joe Hisaishi for me. Outside soundtracks (though it was used in the movie Fame) it would be the third movement of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata! (just wish my fingers could move fast enough on the piano Sad )

I don;t know if you'd consider it a theme or not, but I live the piano work in the song "Walking In The Air" from the animated classic THE SNOWMAN . . .

I'm partial to the Jurassic Park theme in the end credits by John Williams. I also enjoy Joe Hisaishi's piano theme in Spirited Away called 'Day of the River'. Smile
