Since I splurged over the holidays I've been taking it easy with new purchases, but I've recently added these three:
Two of my fave tv series... or, two-thirds of Superwholock, however you wanna look at it. Basically, my British boys and my American boys.
Sherlock s4 was just added to SST in the latest update, but we did not get TAB score yet. (It was the single-shot special from the previous year & had not seen an official score release until now.)
The SPN album is really more of a sampler for seasons 1-5 than a proper soundtrack release. It's about 70 minutes long... but for context: they're currently airing season 12, filming soon for 13, so this amounts to a highlights reel. Half the music used on the show is classic rock, though, so I'm doubtful of seeing an expanded score... kinda surprised to get this much, tbh.

Make that one more – just ordered:
I actually donated this title to the station when it came out but did not pick up a copy for myself, since I thought I'd be content just requesting occasionally here. Meh, wrong! Amazon has it reduced to $8 right now so I got another... this time to keep! |

I didn't purchase these, but I recently streamed these two soundtracks, courtesy of my public library:
Bitter Harvest, by Benjamin Wallfisch, which we don't seem to have here at SST, and I'm too lazy to track down the album art at Amazon.
I enjoyed both, though I don't think I'd ever watch the properties for which they were created. |

Hobbit 1 & TIG: had been on my wishlist for a while but I just never picked up, then Amazon had them today for $7 each, so...
Sing: I got for Taron Egerton singing, straight up. ^_^ The Hollies & Elton John tracks he does are included in their entirety, but the one I wanted most (cover of Sam Smith's "Stay with Me" briefly excerpted in the movie) was left off the soundtrack. *fp* The rest is okay, with a mix of cast covers & original songs. |
