Hey folks;
Newbie here, and I'm not wanting to moan etc. (great site BTW) but I tried to sign up three times in firefox, and never got the registration e-mail. When I signed up in IE it arrived moments later.
Just a heads up, this might be a problem with something.

Did you get an error message of anything? Or did the sign up process go through fine and you just didn't receive the confirmation email? If that's the case ISP filters and Spam blockers are usually the cause of that.

I never got confirmation mail either, and Jeric ended up adding my account by hand. (Thanks Jeric.) Anyway, I use Firefox too, and it simply didn't occur to me to try registering from IE. Maybe something in the form handler is funky when the submitting browser is Firefox? |
