|
This weekend on "Ebert and Roeper", Richard Roeper announced that 20 years of archived videos of the old "Siskel & Ebert At The Movies" TV series will soon be available online.
Although many of the originals have been lost, there are still plenty of gems left to satisfy movie buffs and throngs of S&E fans.
To kick off the debut of the site, Roger Ebert will be available for live online chat this Thursday, August 2nd, starting at 8PM (EDT), 7PM (CDT), 5PM (PDT).
It will be on the Ebert and Roeper web site, but I can't find any mention of it there at this time. If anyone else has more up-to-date info, please post it here.
They said that just seeing the funny clothes and hair styles alone make the videos worth watching!

Two, thanks for sharing this. I used to enjoy watching them throw their hands up in exasperation, but I could tell they respected each other. Ebert's return to broadcast seems pretty unlikely, but it's fantastic he's still writing reviews. |
