More interview questions: Did SST have any admins or mods in the very beginning or were you working on the station and website alone at the start? What the first ever crew looked like? (could you tell us the names of first Admins & Mods, or reflect a bit on the first days of SST in general?)

- Did you experience moments when SST's existence has been endangered? What were the main threats over the years (hackers?, costs?, legal issues?, naughty users maybe? Wink )

Although it would be interesting to hear JERIC talk about this, much of this information is actually already available in the Archive (Main> Archive) section. Check out the "Thanks" at the bottom of the old Updates. JERIC often mentioned the help he's getting and what's going on with the growth of the station.

And I don't even want to think about the hacking. Razz

Which reminds me (a little bit off-topic ... )

Now that JERIC in the last 2 updates has started adding the contributor's name to the Album Info, we decided to go back and add the names of all past contributors (yes, clear back to August 2001) to all of the albums.

Mol, I was amazed at how many CDs you have sent in over the years!! Thank you for all those wonderful soundtracks.

Could regular users (I mean not mods and not admins) help the crew on this in any way? I would be happy to help if it's possible.

You are most welcome Two! Supporting SST always gives me joy and satisfaction. It's also great to see that other SSTers send stuff in too and I can be a part of a bigger picture here.
In fact every single donation from me has always been a way to say "thank you" to JERIC and SST's crew (including You of course!) for the work and for this amazing station. The time that passed makes an illusion that CDs from me were many but for me there is no doubt I get from SST community more than I give.
I'm happy this place exists. I'm happy SST has outstanding crew, community and music. I'm happy I have a pleasure to support it and to see it being wisely and brilliantly run. Thank you!

I believe the work is already done, Molossus. I think Twopop did most of the heavy lifting, supported by Pesa and possibly Sirius. I (wisely?) stayed out of the way.

*digging up an old topic*

Frankly, I would more than ever be happy to read an interview with JERIC now...

Join me when I go to the USA then, later this year.
I agreed with Jeric to visit the HQ then.
