Good news. Thanks JERIC for this!
I think it's good idea to play only new sweepers for a while.

But personally I would like to hear some of old sweepers back in the stream in the future, Some of them were really awesome!

Since quite a long time (nowing that new trailers are comming) I've had an idea of setting a poll to ask SSTers which from old sweepers they like most (to leave them mixed with new ones). I even started to gather "names" of old sweepers (and had a plan to ask JERIC to put maybe a links to sweepers in forums under the poll to let everyone judge them without waiting for them in the stream and also becase names of sweepers alone can be unfamiliar for voters). Sadly I had no enough time to complete my idea and to ask JERIC for his opinion about this.

But if people would like this idea I think everything could be set up for voting...

I think it would be neat to have them to listen to and vote on your favorites. It would probably have to be a VIP thing to avoid WAAAAAY too much input... but hey, input is what we want right? I liked some of the old ones too. Smile I'm sure JERIC still has them stashed somewhere.

A vote sounds like a neat idea. We never seem to get tired of polls here, do we?

Maybe there could be a way to listen to them directly, instead of waiting for them to show up in the queue. Perhaps a page of mp3s, or streaming audio, would work for this.

I remember we had a chance to listen to the tracks nominated for the title of the best cue of 2006 via links in forums (thanks to JERIC's and Saff's cooperation).

I agree! It would be great if we could listen to the station ids separately (perhaps for a short period; perhaps as a VIP perk...)
I didn't hear any of the new ids tonight Sad
