"It is very hard to define the musical style, genre. Let's say: symphonic poem."
– Gregory Böszörményi, Publishing producer.
"Mountain Flying is an adventure in your fantasy. It may bring up emotions and images in everyone's mind, because all of us have got feelings about the places and stories of the past. It leads you back to the time when you just sat below a tree or, when you arrived home after a cool adventure in the fields or across the country. And it leads you into the future, where you can imagine anything you want, even the places that you can never visit or the people who you can't be with."
– extract from CD booklet.
Julius DOBOS was born in Budapest, Hungary. He began studying the piano at the age of five. After winning several competition awards his interest turned to composing. Completing his musical education in Budapest, he studied filmscore writing in Germany. In 1995 he made his debut with a collection of pieces titled Mountain Flying, which were broadcast by National Radio and Television.
In the new millennium Julius continued producing music for films - both in the US and in Europe - and working on his own projects, feature releases. His experience as a producer and his composing talent are continously in demand in the music business.

Is this a soundtrack, or just from a soundtrack composer?

That will make a difference in getting it approved for the playlist. Thanks for the info, YoKaMoSaNoUe.

Thanks yOkA for pointing this one out
I cannot hear the samples (broken links?) but from the description you wrote it sounds great.
It might not be a soundtrack by itself, but please remember SST already plays many albums that are not soundtracks strictly speaking _________________ "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe" - Blade Runner |
