Just wanted to know what you guys thought. As far as I know, they are not located on any other CD and are featured only in the movie Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. All three are featured for a short period in the moive, but to hear the full version of the first two, watch the deleted scenes on the DVD, to hear all of the third one, watch the credits for the movie.
I kinda like the 3 vocal tracks and would like to req them now and then, but I'm not heartbroken that they are not on here. Like I said, I was just curious to see how many people are for or against them being added to the playlist.

The names of the songs are: Do the Hippogriff, This Is the Night, and Magic Works. Not sure where there would be samples on the net, but I've explained how to hear the songs in the post above.

Thanks for listing the three song names LOTRKing.
It should also be noted that all three songs are by Jarvis Cocker. For those interested you can listen to samples of the songs here and they are tracks 22, 23 and 24. |

I personally try to forget that these songs are even on the album. I don't think the songs fit into the spirit of the movie nor do they fit into the listening experience on CD.
Sorry to say, but I am not in favor of having these songs added. I think there are plenty of other songs which are more worthy of being added to the SST library than these Jarvis Cocker songs and generally I am in favor of keeping the stream as instrumental (free of songs) as possible. |
