I have been considering buying an Apple Airport Express with Airtunes, in order to connect my iTunes library to my home stereo over my WiFi network.

Now that iTunes streams are gone, though, I am wondering if I will be able to listen to SST on my stereo over WiFi. Confused

Is there a way to send WMP or other streaming music programs to my stereo with an Airport Express?

Are there other hardware devices (around $100) that can do this as seemlessly as Airtunes?

Is there any chance SST will be streamed to iTunes again in the future?

Thanks!!
Very Happy

I now stream via my xbox 360/media center computer to my living room stereo. Before that I used the linksys music bridge that runs around $100 dollars. The linksys bridge streams audio over wifi through my network router. You can plug it into the stereo through several connections; red white rca, digital coaxial, optical, and regular audio jack. It is pretty simple to use. Use the music bridge program to connect a computer to the bridge, then any music (or any audio) played on the computer instead goes to the music bridge. The bridge then plays it through the stereo it's plugged into. Here's a link.

Thanks jackk!!

That linksys model seems a little clunky. Reviews at Amazon aren't so good. Neutral

There's a similar device from Logitech. The Logitech Wireless Music System. It's at Amazon for $60, but I think it's PC-compatible only, and you have to plug in a device to your stero AND to your PC. Rolling Eyes

Any other ideas?...
