Goto http://maps.google.com
Click the "Get Directions" link.
Enter "New York, NY" as the start, and "London, England" and the end. Click the OK button.
Once the map and directions appear... scroll down to step 24 (mine got listed as step 24, so it should be there somewhere).... and there you'll see it... enjoy.

It seems to do this for any American city to any European city, I did it for Wichita to Berlin, Boston to Moscow, etc and got similar results. However, Pacific swimming does not seem to happen, i.e. I tried LA to Tokyo and got nothin.
