Yeah that is the first thing I thought when I read that it would be 5 total discs rather than 4 discs like the previous two complete recordings. I have a feeling this set will be even higher priced than Two Towers, but probably will not exceed an MSRP of $100. Plus there should be plenty of places when you should be able to preorder it at a decent price.
Guess we shall have to see how much it will end up costing, but either way I am definitely excited that this release is coming out very soon!!! |

I agree.
But i serious doubt that the labels would donate any original CD, like ROTK, if SST played the whole album before the release date.
I just hope that more labels in the future, could send his soundtracks before the release.
It could be good for everyone.
For the labels who sell their albums, for the SST listeners that could be potential buyers of the CD's, and for SST as internet radio station. |
