1) Any time you see an E-Mail that says forward this on to '10' of your friends and sign this petition, or you'll get bad luck, or whatever, it has either an E-Mail tracker program attached that tracks the cookies and E-Mails of those folks you forward The host sender is getting a copy each time it gets forwarded and then is able to get lists of 'active' E-Mails to use in SPAM E-Mails, or sell to others that do.
2) Almost all E-Mails that ask you to add your name and forward on to others are similar to that mass letter years ago that asked people to send business cards to the little kid in Florida who wanted to break the Guinness Book of Records for the most cards. All it was, and all any of this type of E-Mail is, is a way to get names and 'cookie' tracking information for telemarketers and spammers - - to validate active E-Mail accounts for their own purposes.
You can do your friends and family members a GREAT favor by sending this information to them; you will be providing a service to your friends, and will be rewarded by not getting thousands of spam E-Mails in the future!
If you have been sending out (FORWARDING) the above kinds of E-Mail, now you know why you get so much SPAM!
Do yourself a favor and STOP adding your name(s) to those type listings regardless how inviting they might sound!
You think you are supporting a GREAT cause, but you are NOT in the long run. Instead, you will be getting tons of junk mail later in life!
Also: E-Mail petitions are NOT acceptable to Congress or any other organization. To be acceptable, petitions must have a signed signature and full address of the person signing the petition.

I'll do my best 
I used to read a lot of quotes when I was younger and I made text file with chosen quotes I liked containing around 21000 words. But only around 4% of them is in english...

Not so much a quote, but a good story of advice
CHOCOLATE SINGS
One day I had a date for lunch with friends. Mae, a little old 'blue hair' about 80 years old, came along with them---all in all, a pleasant bunch. When the menus were presented, we ordered salads, sandwiches, and soups, except for Mae who said, 'Ice Cream, please. Two scoops, chocolate.'
I wasn't sure my ears heard right, and the others were aghast.
'Along with heated apple pie,' Mae added, completely unabashed.
We tried to act quite nonchalant, as if people did this all the time.
But when our orders were brought out, I didn't enjoy mine.
I couldn't take my eyes off Mae as her pie a-la-mode went down.
The other ladies showed dismay. They ate their lunches silently and frowned.
The next time I went out to eat, I called and invited Mae. I lunched on white meat tuna. She ordered a parfait. I smiled. She asked if she amused me.
I answered, 'Yes, you do, but also you confuse me. How come you order rich desserts, while I feel I must be sensible?
She laughed and said, with wanton mirth, 'I'm tasting all that is Possible.
I try to eat the food I need, and do the things I should.. But life's so short, my friend, I hate missing out on something good. This year I realized how old I was. (She grinned) I haven't been this old before.' 'So, before I die, I've got to try those things that for years I had ignored.
I haven't smelled all the flowers yet. There are too many books I haven't read. There's more fudge sundaes to wolf down and kites to be flown overhead.
There are many malls I haven't shopped. I've not laughed at all the jokes.
I've missed a lot of Broadway hits and potato chips and cokes.
I want to wade again in water and feel ocean spray on my face.
I want to sit in a country church once more and thank God for His grace.
I want peanut butter every day spread on my morning toast.
I want un-timed long distance calls to the folks I love the most.
I haven't cried at all the movies yet, or walked in the morning rain.
I need to feel wind in my hair. I want to fall in love again.
So, if I choose to have dessert, instead of having dinner, then should I die before night fall, I'd say I died a winner, because I missed out on nothing. I filled my heart's desire. I had that final chocolate mousse before my life expired..'
With that, I called the waitress over.. 'I've changed my mind, ' I said. 'I want what she is having, only add some more whipped cream!'

Harry Truman, from Missouri, was a different kind of President. He
probably made as many important decision regarding our nation's
history as any of the other 42 Presidents. However, a measure of his
greatness may rest on what he did after he left the White House.
Historians have written the only asset he had when he died was the
house he lived in, which was in Independence Missouri. On top of
that, his wife inherited the house from her Mother.
When he retired from office in 1952, his income was a U.S. Army
pension reported to have been $13,507.72 a year. Congress, noting
that he was paying for his stamps and personally licking them,
granted him an 'allowance' and, later, a retroactive pension of
$25,000 per year.
After President Eisenhower was inaugurated, Harry and Bess drove home
to Missouri by themselves. There were no Secret Service following
them.
When offered corporate positions at large salaries, he declined,
stating, 'You don't want me. You want the office of the President,
and that doesn't belong to me. It belongs to the American people and
it's not for sale.'
Even later, on May 6, 1971, when Congress was preparing to award
him the Medal of Honor on his 87th birthday, he refused to accept it,
writing, 'I don't consider that I have done anything which should be
the reason for any award, Congressional or otherwise.'
Modern politicians have found a new level of success in cashing in on
the Presidency, resulting in untold wealth. Today, many in Congress
also have found a way to become quite wealthy while enjoying the
fruits of their offices. Political offices are now for sale.
Good old Harry Truman was correct when he observed, 'My choices
early in life were either to be a piano player in a whore house or
a politician. And to tell the truth, there's hardly any difference.'
