|
In light of other concert music by soundtrack composers that we have here at SST, I propose the addition of Shaun Davey's epic concert work, The Relief of Derry Symphony:
The music is grand, sweeping, epic, and very cinematic. And it features a bagpipe band, for crying out loud!
The track list is simple:
1. 1st Movement
2. 2nd Movement
3. 3rd Movement
4. 4th Movement
Beware: the audio clips on Amazon are not very impressive. Better clips, as well as short descriptions of each movement can be found on Shaun Davey's website.
Don't forget to vote!

This one is absolutely magnificent. Great call, Luther! _________________ Do NOT click this link!

There can't be enough concert music. Bring it on! _________________ If our music survives, which I have no doubt it will,

I'm going to request this over at AFM. It fits better there, anyway.

You know Luther, I think you're right. It's great but it's probably more likely to get on AFM.
