Ok, just double checking, but is anyone going to be in on Thursday about the same time we are? We plan on taking the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, unless someone wants to pick us up or something. We get into Burbank at 11:45. Just let us know, thanks.

I assume those of us going to the dinner on Fri. can get our tickets then. What about folks not at the dinner?

Excellent post Two. Thanks. I'll bring tickets to dinner and hand them out. For those not coming, will you not be joining the festivities that is Girls/Guys night out with a possible rendezvous afterward (Magic Castle perhaps?)
For everyone else, I suggest we all meet at the Best Western before the show. It's right next to the bowl. Depending what time we all want to go picnic.... does 5pm sound good to everyone? I have to check the sheet again that says what time we have to be there by. Anyone planning stuff to do on Saturday?
Our picnic site is Camrose (15). At least 3 people have to be there no later than 630. But I'm thinking the earlier we get there, the longer we have to tape Nate to the bench.... and to mingle.
Wow.... less than a week left!!! Who's excited? |

Meeting at Best Western - okay.
5PM sounds about right to me. Earlier I thought I had read 4PM but 5 still gives us 3.5 hours before the concert starts. I was looking at a map where Camrose Picnic area is (#15). It looks so far away & outside of the Bowl area itself. Do we have an actual reserved table or just a general section?
