Another "getting to know you" type thread.

I'm always surprised at how much difference of opinion there
can be on something like this.

For extra fun tell us how you pronounce others names as well.

Mine is easy (and boring):

j2brown: "jay" "two" "brown"

Heh-heh.

Mine's easy too:

Luther_III: "Luther the Third"

Though I never really use the "third" part, so it's usually just "Luther."

Popular shortened versions include "Luth" and "Lute."

I pronounce mine Ar-ya as in "how are ya?", but I know I lot of people use Ar-ee-ah too. Doesn't matter to me Smile

Gee.. and here I always thought it was Bee-pee. Wink
And I was way off on the full length version.

This is a very cool, much-needed thread, J2. Thanks for starting this thread.

When I get together with SST folks in real life, I am always surprised at how differently we pronounce people's nicknames!!

tekee mykal

Some people put an n in there, but there isn't one. Razz

I usually go by TM or Techie or Micheal. If you know me in real life, it is Micheal, not Mike. Razz

Masked platypus, not very difficult to pronounce.

Also known as MP, platy, or the masked one, but you can also call me... whenever you want. Razz
