The Official Website now has the July 26, 2007 Press Release, and Wallpaper Downloads, Aim Icons, and Product information.
Release Date for the limited Theatrical Run of the 2007 Final Cut Version: October 5, 2007. (NY & LA) . . .
Release date for the DVD sets: December 18th, 2007
2-DVD Set ($21 US)
4-DVD Set ($35 US)
5-DVD Set ($79 US) (Also a Limited Briefcase Edition, also in HD-DVD and Blue Ray -- $ TBA)
I will be getting the 4 DVD Set.
DISC 1 - THE 2007 FINAL CUT EDITION (RIDLEY SCOTT'S ALL-NEW "FINAL CUT" VERSION OF THE FILM - Restored and remastered with added & extended scenes, added lines, new and cleaner special effects and all new 5.1 Dolby Digital Audio.)
DISC 2 - THE DOCUMENTARY "DANGEROUS DAYS - MAKING BLADE RUNNER"
DISC 3 - THE ORIGINAL 1982 THEATRICAL VERSION, THE 1982 INTERNATIONAL VERSION, & THE 1992 DIRECTOR'S CUT VERSION
DISC 4 - BONUS MATERIAL (Interviews, Deleted & Alternate Scenes, Featurettes, etc.)
DISC 5 - THE WORKPRINT VERSION (This rare version of the film is considered by some to be the most radically different of all the Blade Runner cuts. It includes an altered opening scene, no Deckard narration until the final scenes, no "unicorn" sequence, no Deckard/Rachel "happy ending, altered lines between Batty (Rutger Hauer) and his creator Tyrell (Joe Turkell), alternate music and much more.)

Looks good!
There are rumours saying that there would be a French release of a similar box set next December. Nothing clear so far, and I don't know the status for other European countries!

According to French site DVDRama.com, the 2-DVD set and the 5-DVD set (brief case will be replaced by a more conventional DVD box) will be released on the 5th of December in France.
Yay! Can't wait!

At last!
Today I have received the limited edition case (see picture in first post).
I preordered one late August. On 12 december 2007 it was sent.
And now it is finally here
