I just can't find Jaws at the moment and I really wanted to listen to it. Then I started thinking of soundtracks that I got on tape when I first started getting soundtracks and how many of them seem to have vanished in my various house moves over the years - a scary number of them - Robocop, Glory and Gremlins II to name a few.
So, what soundtracks have you lost over the years?
**why is it I have to edit every post at the moment? - argh!**

I recently found it again, but I thought I'd lost my "Airwolf" soundtrack.
Now I have it back, but I don't have a record player anymore... _________________ "Welcome to the paranoia club; cheapest fees in the universe and membership lasts forever."

Record players seem to be making a bit of a comeback. I have seen them for sale in retail chain stores. They're for converting vinyl records to digital format. Some come with "pop & click" audio editing software.
And now back to our regularly scheduled topic ... |

I've lost 3 soundtracks.
One was Star Wars: Episode One and the other was Final Fantasy - The Spirits Within and the last one was a "Symphonic Star Trek"-compilation album.
That taught me one thing: NEVER BORROW YOUR CD'S TO SOMEONE UNRELIABLE!
I've bought a new Final Fantasy-CD as soon as I had the chance. The others, well, I didn't really consider them such a great loss... _________________ If our music survives, which I have no doubt it will,

I've lost the "Star Wars: Episode 1 - Ultimate Edition" soundtrack. Not physically, I still have the CDs right here... but the CDs are suffering from CD rot and are no longer playable.
(And I've tried to get them replaced from BMG, but they're all talk and no action) _________________ "Anything one man can imagine,

I used to have Tangerine Dream's Legend on cassette tape, but I don't know where it is. No big loss for me, that one. But I also lost The Hunt for Red October on CD. Ouch. I may have to buy that one again someday.
