|
Hello!
This is all new to me so please bear with me.
I would like to request the addition of the original soundtrack from the 1981 movie 'Excalibur'.It is available at Amazon.com and I am hoping this link patch works.
http://www.amazon.com/Excalibur-Original-Soundtrack-Trevor-Jones/dp/B000K1OOQ0/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_i.
http://www.amazon.com/review/product/B000K1OOQ0/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?%5Fencoding=UTF8&showViewpoints=1
I also include the review page as it explains some of the difficulty of getting the original sountrack as against the proxy soundtracks.
I apologise for not using your suggested site link additions as in the FAQ info.
There appears to be some inferred background knowledge on how to do this . I.being a simple old grey net surfer, have not yet recieved that genetic memory update injection on how to use those extra funcnctions.
As to html language,it may as well be 'Greek'. and 'Cyrilic'. I know the Cyrilic alphabet(Ukranian language) but not 'Greek' the language ,if you get my meaning.(sorry, they use the same/similar characters but the words have different meanings and interpritations).
Anyway.I hope you can help me out with that at another time.
The soundtrack, specially the early Carl Orf stuff has been used for lots of other clips and is quite adrenalin pushing at times. It works well with the movie.
regards Steve(Aussieuke)

Hi Aussieuke, and welcome to the SST forum! Don't worry, there will always be someone to help you with all these nasty HTML codes
Excalibur would make a perfect addition to SST. However, there is no official release of that score (except for a very rare promotional CD back in 1981) and for that reason, we can't add it to our playlist.
Sorry! I'd love to hear this score too! _________________ "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe" - Blade Runner |

Unfortunately, yes workervr. One can still hope there will be a legal release, one day! I'm pretty sure this legendary soundtrack would sell well! _________________ "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe" - Blade Runner |
