Started off on Christmas Day as a reaction to several requests.
Turned out to become a funny, somewhat hilaric, twisted version of the Nativity Story. Made up in an instant and fully improvised.

In the next 2 posts I will try to give a resume of what happened in the first two episodes, although I cannot recall all the tracks I accompanied them with.

Part 3 has allready started today but due to large amount of requestors I couldn't finish it. But these lines and tracks will be put in a forum reply in this topic..

It started off as a regular Nativity Story with Joseph and Mary expecting a child. But then when the baby was there some things went a little bit the other way.
When Joseph heared that he wasn't the father, he and his wife were ashamed and were bound to wash the kid's dipers.
By means of breastfeeding by a blond angel the kid grew fastly.
But when it became too crowded with people who came for the comet Halley to see, he took his bike and drove to Jerusalem to find his real father.
Outside the gate he yelled to let them in and the Romans did.
In a pub he had a drink with his father and argued with him. Frustrated he harrassed Mary Magdalene and Benedicte, but was soon arrested for this.

End of Part 1.

Jesus was sent to Rome as a galleyslave.
"Do I know you" he said to a man called Spartacus who was rowing beside him. "Shut up and row" Spartacus said.
On arrival in Rome Jesus managed to escape and did what the Romans did: fooling around and having fun.
So Jesus ended up with a harem of girls and lots of disciples.
They decided to go elsewhere. So they took the Titanic to London.
On the voyage to UK Matthew fell overboard and after a search Jesus gave up and said: Well he can be replaced.
Then his biographer started crying because he had to rewrite his Bible now.
"Don't worry Jesus said, we'll make up another story"
On arrival in England they looked for a place to live and they found a large manor in the swamps in the North of England.
The Community grew wildly and on a given moment Jesus and Mary Magdalene, his present wife, heared about new opporunities in a New Land discovered in the West.
They shipped in with a lot of followers on the "Mayflower"
Part 2 ends when they started a new community in Boston

Now this part I started today but couldn't finish, so therefore it's going to be divided in episodes.

Advantage is that tracks will be added as well the original storylines.

# Title Score CD / Title track
- storyline

1 Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles / End of the Tale

2 Mrs. Winterbourne / Billi's tour of Boston
- So Jesus and family lived happily in Boston. Lots of children and followers.[i]

3 Young Indiana Jones Chronicles vol.1 / Afternoon tea.
- When Jesus came back from a Tea Party he found Mary in bed with another man.

Rewriting fairytales and fiction like you do there can be a dangerous pastime since people taking those kinds of stories a bit too seriously will be offended (not "might", but "will"). Maybe you should write your own unique stories instead of base the story on previously written fairytales and fiction.
We'll gladly see some of your other stories, just mind your sources Wink

I can only assume that calling other people's religious beliefs 'fairytales and fiction' "will" offend them as well...

Good point, Leviathan12.

If Chandler is only worried about the story being a derivative work, then he needn't. You can rewrite fairy tales all you like; that's how it's done. But that's not what he means, is it?

I agree that there is the potential for offense here. I would advise caution.

Agreed.

I don't think either of these particular comments is fair.

Oh, I agree that it's not fair, generalizations rarely are fair to everybody.

But this isn't about fairness. It's about the fact that whenever the "established" religions get involved, nothing goes, apparently.

If Dutchbat's SSTory had featured the names John, Harry & Jane, there probably wouldn't have been an issue.

No Lieserl, not really,
But since SST is a privately owned website they can make their own
rules and by registering we agree upon that.
However I found a way to finish my story.
Helas, the fun it gave to improvise the text according to requests is now gone.

but I'm not going to be annoyed by it; they are anxious for their content, i'm not. I can live with that.
For me it's not an issue but i agree with other comments.

I am so sorry I missed that! Dutchbat! The time you did that was for me really late in the night.
I made many stories that we can team up and do it again....than nobody will get offended by it.
