As per the description at iTunes:
"John Williams and Yo-Yo Ma met up on the historic Sony Pictures Scoring Stage to record these highlights from the soundtrack of Memoirs of a Geisha, specially arranged for cello and piano by the composer himself for this exclusive iTunes session. Download the whole thing today and you'll get a bonus track of the two friends discussing the studio, the music, the movie, their work together and a recording that John describes as 'a private music making session - something we may just do around the living room."
I think it would be an awesome addition to the playlist to hear a new take on these amazing tracks from the Memoirs of a Geisha score. Additionally, I think it may be interesting to either make the interview available as a selection or somehow allow for it to be heard because I am sure it would be very interesting to hear John Williams and Yo-Yo Ma's comments on such an amazing score.
Being that it is an iTunes exclusive, the only samples are here. However, I am sure many of you are familiar with the music, so you have an idea of what the music is like already it will just be a different arrangement of the material. |

Voted yes... but I'm sure Nate knew I would. I too am interested in hearing different arrangements of this ST. |

Mmmm... the music is nice, which is not exactly unexpected, I suppose.
The interview on the other hand... I'm totally against making it a playlist addition, and I'm none too sure that it would be legal to post it on the site as an 'extra' or something anyway. But I'm no legal expert, so I could be wrong *shrug*.
So I'm voting yes for the music, but I don't know about the interview. _________________ "Welcome to the paranoia club; cheapest fees in the universe and membership lasts forever."

I think I have to agree with alien on this one. I would personally be interested in listening to the interviews, but on my own time... not interrupting the playlist. I would love to hear the other arrangements though.
