At the top of each post, you should find several buttons: "profile", "email", "pm", "edit", and "quote".
Click the "profile" button to view the poster's profile.
<------- Alternatively, click "member rated" or "rate member" below the poster's name. I have pointed it out with an arrow. In this case, it will bring up my profile. Try it!
