Goldsmith grabs the head of HGW and gets ready to deal more damage. HGW is dazed and has to run on auto-pilot. In a desperation move, he hits Goldsmith with a jawbreaker, causing him to stagger backward. Hisaishi approaches Goldsmith from behind, sensing an opportunity for an easy elimination. Morricone acts first and dropkicks Hisaishi in the back of the head, who collides into Jerry Goldsmith, causing him to fall over the ropes and out to the floor. Morricone tries to throw out Hisaishi, but Hisaishi grabs the top rope tight and holds his ground.
The Newman brothers continue their war. Thomas goes off the ropes and misses a hard clothesline on David. David goes for a suplex from behind, but Thomas elbows him away. He grabs David by the neck and holds him up high. Before he can act, David pokes the eye of Thomas and goes for a backwards firemans carry suplex. But that is also countered....into an arm drag. Frustrated, David kicks Thomas in the stomach, grabs him in a headlock and throws him with enough force that his body is throw over the ropes! But Thomas lands with his feet on the ring apron and avoids elimination. Thomas blocks a punch and delivers one of his own. Acting quickly, he runs over to the turnbuckle to attac David with an aerial maneuver. Not quickly enough. David gets to the corner first and attacks with a hard flying forearm. The move is powerful enough to send Thomas falling off the apron and out to the floor! Thomas and the crowd are in shock. David raises his arms in triumpth and has a huge smile on his face. Thomas looks away in disbelief and slowly walks back to the locker room.
Jerry Goldsmith and Thomas Newman are eliminated!
It's a close race to the finish! Only eight composers remain!
