Would you like the possibility to have no continiously scrolling objects on the main-page, at starting-up of the main-page ?
Yes, i get irritated by them, prefer staticblocks with scrollbars.

Yes, i would prefer only the 'Forum updates' on mainpage, with start-button. Others on a menu.

Yes, i would like a button-option to have none of those extra rolling/flashing features on the mainpage. Blocks not rolling at start-up.

Don't care if buttons, but i need those active screens too, i get bored of static screens.

I don't care at all, no problems at pc/laptop/gamebox/mobile. On workplace neither.

As a general rule, I am always in favor of the user being able to turn off features/updates/animations which are not wanted.

I tend to like my pages more vanilla (and quicker loading and less intensive) .... so much of the time something that is cool or interesting the first time you see it is boring by the fifth time and a severe annoyance by the tenth, let alone the hundreds of times you see it thereafter.

So any of the Yes options for cutting down on the frenetic visuals would be good for me, although ideally I would like to see it as a user preference (so I can just turn it off once & forget it ever exists) ..... but that might be a lot more difficult to implement.
