How does a person request a whole album be put in the queue?

Welcome to the forums. Requesting a whole album is against RIAA rules. An artist can have only 1 song played every hour. It's a law, not our idea, I assure you. So if you want to hear a whole album, you have to request 1 track at a time.

I was asking because I saw (or thought I saw) that an album was marked as "Whole Album In Queue". I was clearly mistaken, it was late and I was very tired.

Yeah, what you saw was "Album in Queue," which means that something from the album is already lined up to be played, and you'll just have to wait it out before requesting something else from the same album.
