It has not been my job to post news here, but this is such good news, I cannot help myself.

The Best News One Could Want

After so many months of worry and concern, we were given the best news possible. According to Alisha's surgeon Dr. Landry, when they got in, there was not tumor to be seen. The Chemo and Radiation had done their job and eradicated the tumor. The surgery was completed and she is resting well at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She will be there a few days but upon hearing the good news she is feeling better about being in the Hospital so soon.
I didn't even get to break the news to her. She knew things had gone well when they told her she was being taken to the surgical floor (floor 2) instead of floor 5 (Cancer).
We are both feeling very thankful and hope to see her focus her energy on recovering in time to get back to Bus Driving with the new School Year!
