Here you have the original what I used as my source to recreate the fanfare:
And here you have my orchestrated version of it
I tried to get as close to the original as I could ^^ _________________ If our music survives, which I have no doubt it will,

Congrats on this great job. I like the way James Horner approves at the end of the video _________________ There is no problem that can't be solve without any solution

I didn't even notice that yet.
Hm, of course that would be an extremely nice touch. But I talked to him after the concert (also the day before at the general rehearsal) and he was quite satisfied. So naturally I'm as well _________________ If our music survives, which I have no doubt it will,

Fantastic job, bpe! All the years listening to Horner paid off.
My wife is reading my second book to correct the mistakes. Is there anyone interested in drawing the cover? _________________ There is no problem that can't be solve without any solution

Wow cool! I'll finally know what happens in the marsh I can't draw but I could proofread (I admit, shameless attempt to get the book in advance )

What a nice morning message to learn that a piece of mine (although a bit older, but still one I consider as a very good one ^^) is going to be performed at the ensemble mise-en festival in New York this June!
I haven't been to the New York since I was 14, so that surely will make a very good reason to finally visit it again _________________ If our music survives, which I have no doubt it will,

A short orchestral comedy cue I've written back in July 2010 for the Hollywood Music Workshop in Klosterneuburg (Austria), lectured by the legendary Bruce Broughton.
The original clip I scored this to was from the film "Krippendorf's Tribe".
This mockup was done and produced by the excellent Victor Gangl, whose work you definetely should check out (on soundcloud).
Thanks again for the great work, buddy

At last, I can now present you my rescored cue for the animated film "The Tale of Despereaux" which I composed and recorded at the Hollywood Music Workshop 2013, lead & lectured by Conrad Pope.

"Wenn der Wiener ka Caféhaus hätt'" (Text: Robert Gilbert), live video recording of the premiere performance on the 18th October 2013 at the University of Music and performing Arts Vienna, Austria.
Christine Holzwarth, Sopran
Oliver Darnhofer, Klarinette
Kristina Hinova, Violine
Stefania Yankova, Viola
Vera Dickbauer, Violoncello
Vladimir Borodin, Klavier
composed & conducted by yours truly
(although there seems to be typo at the end of the video regarding my surname ^^)
PS: Sadly the lyrics are in Austrian German and not that easy to translate, but as soon as I have the chance I'll try to provide you with a proper translation _________________ If our music survives, which I have no doubt it will,
