For over a week now, I have been unable to log into SST at work... when I try it says "Login Incorrect! Please Try Again..." Absolutely nothing has changed on my end... except if a program stealth updated.
However, I can remote into my home pc, or use any other PC at work and it works. Im using Windows 7 64 Pro, with IE8 both at work and home. Im the systems admin, and have full network/router access and don't see any indication that its network related.
That leaves me to my computer.. I have tried everything to get it to work.
Cleared cache, disabled firewalls, security, added sst to trusted, etc... no luck. Infact it had been working fine with this exact computer, no changes, no reboots, nothing... just simply one day "Login Incorrect!" I even went as so far as to completely clear and reset IE, and still nothing. I have been listening to SST since 2002 and never had a problem like this. I even reset my password incase it was server corruption related... nothing!
Next, Firefox... installed Firefox.... Login..... works... so that narrows it down to IE.
So my question is, What changed on the SST site, or is there any known recent updates to IE that breaks logging into SST?
JERIC do you have security logs that can tell me why I am getting the Log in Error on your side?
Thanks, this is driving me mad.
Ps... oh on a side note, its very hard to report log in issues when you can't log in to tell someone via pm or chat. |
