Don't know. Dutchbat was hoping to settle some kind of agreement with Festival Bureau but I don't know what was the final result.

If I'm not mistaken we are gonna hold most of the rooms existing in Aparthotel Astor, plus some of us (for example Dutchbat, Tonks and me) will arrive there on 18th of may already, so I hope all you have to do after arriving will be just ask at the reception desk for a way to the nearest room occupied by SSTer  We will make the hotel crew aware what SST means (in fact probably Dutchbat already did it!)

I just got the sad news that Magdalena will not come to Kraków.
Good news is that I called olaziolek after I got an info from magdalena and ola will take magdalena's karnet and will be with us during all the concerts.

Yes, and right behind us is sitting Shigeru Umebayashi.
Well, the hotel is informed that Pointfrost is part of our group but has a separate hotelbooking so I hope they found out that the Czech reservation was his.
As I didn't have his name I couldn't tell them.
FMF gave me the adress of VIPTravel who can provide to busses to go to the venue.
I e-mailed them but till today didn't get any answer but I will e-mail them again and if necessary I can let Molossus give them a call if their english is bad.
So no price-indication yet, but it won't be much more than West-European taxiprices i guess.
If it is more expensive, we still have 3 cars available there. Unfortunately we can't enter through the VIP-gate so we have to follow the normal entry like everyone else which will mean we better be there early and leave late.

Guys - I just heard from this awesome event yesterday and obviously it's too late to join now But I just wanted to say that I'm enormously jealous and whish you so much fun! I love Hisaishi and can't believe I missed this event. Tell us all about it afterwards, ok?
