I thought it might be fun if we could have a day where we create a tale with the playlist: the songs in the train would link up to tell a story..
for example: some one could start with-
Egg Planet (Super Mario Galaxy)... which leads to
The Egg travels (Dinosaur)
First Trip to Japan (Silk)
..and so on
I nominate September 6th for this, since it is also Read A Book Day.
Unless someone has a better suggestion for a day

I got the same feeling with this suggestion as the old score day : why putting a day for that?
We can just decide to have a fun time doing whatever we want with the queue.
I remember french composer day  , frog day (no : it isn't the same), vampire day, [insert actor's name] day, without counting the platygame.

It can be fun for sure. But I'm not sure if we need a Theme Day for this. I'd be happy to play this way more often than once a year.
BTW: Dutchbat is good at putting such stories together. He was probably on a good way to a ban "telling" such story once in the past  I still regret I wasn't online at that time.

The SStory, Molossus is referring to can still be found in the forum Entertainment.
Stories like that were indeed very fun to do but as stated by Jeric and other moderators it MIGHT insult or abuse the not so broadminded SST-members so therefore it was banned from the requestlist or chat.
Point is that such story has to come up by means of "stand-up" comedia triggered by one or two request that occur/occurred, if not there'll be lack of inspiration and the story will strand in it's tracks.

I think that this would actually be harder with a dedicated day, as many folks would be competing to get their story into the queue.

I think J2 has another good point there for not having a dedicated day.
But I'll be glad to make a part 4 of the SStory starting Jan,6th (where #3 ended)
It will be published in the forum only though.
But who ever wants to follow that will have that possibility.
