This is one of those times when I don't know if it's me, or something on the SST webserver. At approximately 3:35 pm EST the chat window blanked out on me. I would get the "Could Not Connect" error message from my browser.
FireFox 3.16.13
Win7 (64-bit)
Undocked chat window.
Anything else?

Me too! Happened around the same time as NHF
using Chrome 8.0.552.231 on mac. As well as slow refresh rates.

This happens to me frequently running IE 8. Usually a page refresh is enough to bring it back. However, since I rarely use the chat, it really doesn't affect me.

Just had certain frames time out. The top "now playing" banner, the VIP Frame on the left of the screen, Chat frame, and request and "Q" frame timed out. At 11:25am or so. It refreshed after a few tries.

March 8th 3:27pm. Its been happening again and with a vengeance. I would say every 10- 20mins... I know I'm not the only one and I hope it's not something I'll just have to put up with, I've used other computers and it happens there too so... not sure what can be done but I hope it can be resolved once and for all.
