I ordered 14 tickets. Just started a new job so I'll get in touch with you soon. I can order more tickets as we need them.
Total cost went up. It's $40 this year and we're in section F3... I think where we were last year. |

I'm sorry I can't be there this year. I really would
enjoin this Williams-gathering as long as it's possible but maybe next year.
Even the other west-coast meeting from Cinder and Twopop is written with a big questionaire depending on the possibility of flying in and out.
(and budget of course)

I would like to try and go too; I can only fly out there on thursday and go back sunday, though. As far as I can see right now those are the only days the cheap airline flies to LAX from here.
At the very least, I can get a ticket and then if i can't go someone else can use it.
PM me when I have to pay. I have a Paypal account now if that makes it easier.

Plans are that Mol and I will arrive on thursday too, so we can go to the rehearsal on friday morning. I assume this is again like other years open for free for public. When the time is near I can check it with the organization.

Mol and made a reservation at the Comfort Inn
Comfort Inn & Suites in Hollywood. This Hotel is in walking distance to Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Boulevard. The last years I stayed at the Best Western Hollywood Plaza Inn. Opposit the street. But the prizes are almost twice than the one we stay in now.
We arrive on thursday so we can see the rehearsal on friday morning

OK Trinity3777 we will meet before, at the intermission or afterwards.
BTW it is not certain yet, but last years on friday morning there is a rehearsal which was open for public (no admission) I hear about 2 weeks before the concert if it will be also the case this year.
If it does we will be there with a group as well
