I wonder if Michel van Tricht knows Nathanael is coming. he'll better double the portions 
Walters' mailed me a proposal for adding to the wine and cheese, upon which I agreed and now await a prize. But that will depend on the number of the group that are participating in that instead of having lunch on their own. So please let me know if you are NOT going along to Walters' for the tasting asap. For those who already did, consider it registered already.
-carpaccio from rind with rucola and balsamico(dressing)
and/or
- bouillabaisse from NorthSea-fish with croutons and rouille.
and
- cheese platter by Cheesemaster Michel van Tricht
all accompanied by a selection of wines by sommelier Walters.

Ok guys, just booked our hotel room. Prices are soooo expensive right know, I guess because of the festival !
Anyway, we'll be staying at the Campanile Hotel, 5km away from the city center, but that's no problem, since we've got the car. Price is 55€ for a double room. If sb's interested, there are still some rooms left.
About the program, I'll say we'll be there at 10:30 and follow the group all day long, restaurants included. We'll see about the after party, it depends on where and how long 
Dutch please notice me when you get our 2 tickets, I'll paypal you the amount asap.
Anyway, can't wait to see you all !

PS: about the nationalities, I'm French (but I think you all know that!) and my lovely wife is Romanian. I think she has a SST account (Andycutu) but hasn't used it in a long time.
We both speak English and German (well, she does... I can order cheese and beer, that's quite enough ! )

As they have to be scanned I'll keep all tickets in my possession until the entrance to the concert.

We'll take part at the citytour and the beerhouse visit, but I think we'll have lunch and dinner on our own (due to budget and need for meat-free food. BTW, other vegetarians in here? ).
Have you already decided something for Sunday, in alternative to the bike ride? |
