For veggies: Yanko and Walters' both provide some nice meatfree dishes so that won't have to be the problem. (especially the cheese!!!)
Budget is of course something someone needs to take guard on for their one and if people decide upon that not to come, I fully support that decision.
But if you are looking for a restaurant a bit more upgraded than the Mac. I must state that a lot of restaurants don't open up until 6 pm at the best.
That's why we hired the Yanko Restaurant for our group an hour earlier than their regular openingtime.

Poor Tinkerbelle, working on saturday is as depressing as a raclette without cheese 
I hope (actually, I'm sure!) we'll have other opportunities to meet 
Anyway, still no program for the night on the festival website... Hope it's coming, I can't wait to know what I'm gonna be listening to while eating Dutch's popcorn !

We need to do some changes in organizing the 'meet&greet' day but that's OK for Siri and me |
This is the number of people I will communicate to the Filmfestival and,taking account of your PM's, to the restaurants.
At the restaurant we will be joined by the 14-people group of Maintitles.net
and a German agent with some of his composers.
Now I need some confirms on some things:
Benjamin87: Are you at the concert only or are you joining us in the program as well? And you have your ticket printed out OK?
Gert: have you a 'yes' or 'no' on your company joining the meet & greet?
KilledtheBeast: Can you confirm me on what parts you will be joining the group?

KilledTheBeast comes to the WSA, but did not connect with the group and come by car. That's all I know. He agreed with someone else.

Hello!
I'm back again. I have been finishing my Master's degree project and... it was absolutly madness. But i did well!
So, I'm back again. I've been reading and there is a lot of new posts. I will read all the schedule Dutch planned (Dutch, you are really a family jewell). My husband and I will think about it and what activities we will go. This travel is also our 2nd anniversary celebration ^_^. Anyways, we want to spend the more time we can with you all, people.

Hello all !
Gosh, I forgot all about this website. SHAME ON ME!
Anyways, as I am a Belgian resident and native, I will definately be there in Ghent for the evening (got my tickets already). It's still confirmed to meet up earlier in the day at 10:30 AM at the lobby of the Marriott Hotel, then?

Hi Nico, nice that you will join us too. I'll put you on the guestlist for the meeting as well.
Somewhere around page 5 of this forum there's the full daily schedule. Let me know if you were planning to join any of that as well. Numbers that go along on the guided tour are tight, so it might be that there's no place anymore for that.
Please let me know asap, as the restaurants need to have a adequate number of guests.
