Sadly, CpMonster has announced that he and his girlfriend can't make it to Gent. I'll adapt the presencelist. Luckily for SoundtrackScience he can stand in for Cp at the meeting.

It means that I have 2 extra tickets for sale.

Another sad message came in late last night.
The mediapartners, including a local TV/Radiostation that has nothing to do with soundtracks, did not approve of SST placing a stand at the concertvenue next saturday.
Although that's the official version I have my doubts because in general radiostations are willing to cooperate with SST (like RFM in Kraków).
I think they just didn't want to bother too much.

For me it's quite a disappointment because I put a lot of time and effort in getting the stand ready on time. Now I need to look for another event to launch the World Promotion Tour.
I'll get back in contact with the Gent Filmfestival Committe to see if it's interesting to get in talks for next year's events.

Oh Dutch Sad such a pity. All your hard work!! I'm so sorry for you. Sad
Hopefully there will come an occasion soon where the SST-stand can be introduced and used.

I'm sorry Dutch...
And my question to that local TV/Radiostation: Why so serious...? Wink

thnx for all your comforting words.
But the show must go on:
Here's the choice-menu for 3 courses. I'm still negotiating with Yanko if we'd skip either first course or desert due to time. A full 3-course menu would cost €38 pp.
There is a veggie-menu too (€30) but i need to know how many I have to order from these.

1st course:
Croquettes with parmezan/Brochette with shrimps with sauce of choice
Main course:
Filet Pur with sauce at choice
Skinbraised Nordic Salmon
Vegetarian pasta
Desert:
Chocolate Mousse
Homemade apple pie with vanilla-ice

I skipped the drinksarrangement so you can choose your drink yourselves.

If you want a vegetarian menu let me know asap.

Cal, not if you need to download something on mine.
Do I have to bring an external disc?
I'm in talks with the Marriott now to have the stand overthere. If that succeeds do bring it, 'cause there will be press around.

Razz Kinda, but was d'Artagnan not a hotheaded Southern guy, instead of the Cool Stubborn Nordic one?
(and he didn't lose his keys)

but since you have the shirt, you can play d'Artagnan allright.

Very Happy

May I request one vegetarian meal? The other two of us are fine with the meat option. Do you know the menu for the vegetarian meal? Also: where can we park for the day? Is there a close-by place to the Mariott? My cousin has a broken foot, and it would be nice to have a little less further to walk. Also, are we all going to be in the front lobby or will there be a sign for a meeting room? Or will the front desk worker know? Thanks!

I'm starting the first leg of my travel to Gandawa (as we call Ghent in Polish). Going from Warsaw to Szczecin today!
See you soon!

Crew shirt packed up!

Pack Tonks too!!! Very Happy

Gert, SST will be visible in the lobby, by stand or if not by 4 crew members. You can't miss them.
Front office is informed too.
There are a series of underground parkings surrounding the old centre. Check the Marriott website if they have a private parking too. I can't recall it but then again I have no car Smile
Drop the cousin just in case before parking.
I assume the cousin won't be joining the guided tour, but did you?

Timeframe to be added soon for people who skip certain parts of the program.
