You are asking the impossible: can't be patient when waiting to see and hug you again.
If any more people who are in Gent on sunday too, and apparantly Girlfriend and me are too, and who want to do a bikingtour in the beautiful outlands of the Gent area, there are some nice bikingtours available, as well guided as on-your-own.

OK thanks for payments.
I've been in Gent yesterday to prepare some things and have a meeting with the Festival organisors.
Later from that in a posting with a provisional program for the day.
Regarding the biketour, that's going to be quite difficult as the only bikerental is closed on sundays.
Furthermore, taking a closer look at the program of the previous day, I think most people will be exhausted from the long and presumably late-ending saturday.

OK, we are getting more clearer on the program for the Gent Gathering.
I'll give you a dayschedule with options from which I want to know in advance if people are NOT participating in a specific item. I'll also put in an estimated price so people with fewer budget can take a decision on that ground too.
10.30u gathering at the Marriott Gent, Korenlei/Dabstraat, Gent
11.00u closed meeting/signing session with guests of WSA (You al know by now who that might be, although it's not guaranteed ALL will be there,we do have some bad experience with Howard Shore as you might know)
12.00u free time for lunch on your own OR join in on an exclusive cheese- and winetasting replacing lunch at Walters' . For a group up to 20 people we have the possibility to have an exquisite tasting of the cheeses from Belgian Champion and CheeseMaster Michel van Trigt. Walters' will add some meat/fish to make it like lunch. Walters' is a highly acclaimed winerestaurant in Gent. Exclusivity comes with a price though, according to what wine you choose account for: € 25-35 p.p.
14.00u Guided citytour (1,5h.) Depending on number of entries this will be one guide (english) or two guides(english+dutch/german) € 5-10 p.p.
15.45u Time for a drink and rest, meeting with people from Maintitles.net (MT) at one of the Gent finest beerhouses.
17.00u Dinner at Yanko, Henleykaai,Gent This restaurant will be opened at that time for our group only (perhaps in combi with MT). Yanko is only a 10 minutes walk from the venue. Good price/quality value with average prices (main+desert,wine,coffee) € 35. They will play soundtracks
19.45u attending World Soundtrack Awards, 't Kuipke, Gent
