Zirael's got it!
It is the "Main Title" from Henry Mancini's "Silver Streak".
I think that, when listening to this music, one can almost see the train running along the track 
Oh... and if you never watched the movie, give it a try if you ever get the chance. It's a fun ride. |

Now that sounds VERY familiar... but I don't know, yet, what it is 
I'll give it a couple of listenings and thoughts more, though...

I neither know the movie (never even heard of it) nor have I ever heard the soundtrack. |

StT, the second sample was from "Soul of the Age", because that theme is also resonates very well with me .
The movie is very good, even though it is based on an assumption, it's very well written and Rhys Ifans plays very well .
