Zgurl yes VIP-members means VIP subscribers on the site here.
Cal, Evan and I arrive thursday afternoon in the BLVD hotel (It is opposite the Best Western where zgurl and husband are staying.
Friday morning we plan to go to the John Williams rehearsal at the Bowl. (Upcoming Monday socr8s need to call the Bowl office again to know for sure it is open for public. I do not think why not, because all other years it was open).
After the rehearsal I think I need to drive to LAX for picking up the counter (and the person who is taking it with ) _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)

I actually meant yearly VIP's but as I forgot to mention that there will be coulance for members who were already enlisted or who's VIP ends within 2 months.
It's of course not the idea that people take up a VIP and pay $5 instead of $15 for the meeting entry.
SST makes a lot of costs to organize this what comes out of my own yearly budget. Any contribution to ease this is welcomed.
Hope you all understand that.
Even the new members since publication will have to pay the entrance fee, including the new members to be registered at FoFM _________________

Completely understandable Dutch! Thanks for clearing it up I think my monthly ends while we are on the trip so I'll just plan to pay the $15 - not too much to ask to meet some composers! I'm getting super excited _________________ Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die tomorrow. - James Dean |

Other beverages will be on own expenses. _________________

You can bring cameras, and take pictures before and after the rehearsal. When the Maestro is on stage you will be kindly asked not to take pictures (and I assume if you continue, they will throw you out)
During the concert I have seen a lot of cameras, security will not take it away from you (maybe the big (semi) professional cameras) almost all phones today has a cameras nowadays.
You can see a lot of concert pictures in our gallery from previous years
If there is an open rehearsal, we will most likely sit somewhere on the right, usually there is a huge sun screen hanging in the middle to protect John and his orchestra from the sun.
the view is something like this:

All casual, but reminder picnic and concerts are outdoors.
Also the SST-meeting with composers will see an informal setting. _________________
