depending on availability and the number of members attending this is a short provisionary program:

DEC,30 : Arrival in Wellington
'Meet & greet" with composer
Cocktails and dinner.

DEC,31: 21.00h New Year's Eve celebration
"SylveSSTer" party: a musical New Year's Eve
with filmsongs only, ranging from '60's until now.
DJ, dancefloor and champagne all will be there.
Yearly VIP members: free admission
non- and monthly VIP-members: 45 NZ$
non-SST members: 75 NZ$

JAN,01 Recovery

JAN,02 Wellington Rover LOTR tour incl visit to the WETA-cave.
Full day organized tour incl breakfast and lunch: 170 NZ$

Additional touring the South Island with Siri and Dutchbat or on own schedule.
incl. Siri's Bungee Junping site? earn a free VIP-star Razz

All locations are yet to be determined as well as stays.
Again: The more members join in the bigger party we can make.
Otherwise it will be just a cosy get-together with some members.
(and still have a good time)

* IMPORTANT NOTICE *

Due to multiple reasons I have decided to postpone the New Zealand meeting to a later to detemine date.
Budget and lack of interest being the two decisive
reasons.

Therefore the August, 2013 Japan Gathering will become the 1st Pacific Gathering.
More details to be announced.
