For our polish speaking members:
On Thursday April 25th on RFM Classic the full program of this year's FMF-Film Music Festival in Krakow will be announced. My polish translation is not that good but I think it will be at 9.00 pm. ("Warto słuchać RMF Classic po godz. 9.00.")

Normally we will order tickets together so let us know if you want to come so wewill sit togeher.

Everything went along the plan and the full programme of FMF 2013 has been announced on RMF Classic radio today, by SST friend and Festival Programme Director - Robert Piaskowski:
Thursday 26th of September: Music of 3 time Oscar Nominee - Alberto Iglessias. Composer will be present in person. We will listen for example to 30 minutes suite of music from Pedro Almodovar movies, arranged especially for Kraków event. Alberto Iglesias compsed also special songs for this concert. They will be sung by Carlos Mena.
Artists: AUKSO Symphonic Orchestra, Carlos Mena.
Venue: Kraków Philharmonics building
Friday 27th of September:
- A Tribute to Werner Herzog. Venue: Kościół Św. Katarzyny (St. Catherine's church) in Kraków.
- Also music of Valgeir Sigurđsson from Iceland.
Saturday 28th of September: Concert will be dedicated to RMF Classic radio, because autumn 2013 is the 10th Anniversary of the radio.
The title of the concert will be "10 composers for 10th RMF Classic Anniversary". First composer out of the ten was announced today: It's Trevor Morris.
Music will be conducted by Gavin Greenaway
Edit: The second composer out of 10 for saturday concert will be Abel Korzeniowski. We will listen to his music from W./E., Single Man and Escape from Tomorrow.
Abel will be in Kraków in person! \O/

Great program! I don't know if I answered already (too lazy to browse through the old post) but we'll definitely be there Andycutu and I, hopefully for the whole event (at least Friday-Sunday).
Let us know about the tickets, if you can have group prices or passes for the whole event.

Yes, nathanael, the idea is to buy passes for all concerts for members of SST group (with group discount). I'll keep you informed!
BTW: This year the total number of "karnets" is low because we have more than one venue and the smallest one is really small. I called KBF today and asked for 35 karnets for SSTers. I should have them booked tomorrow. It's possible it will be all we can get this year. And 35 is a little bit more than we need at the moment, so still some room for those who want to join us in Kraków.
