I don't know if this is the place to put this, or if we have a way of recognizing it, but Monty Norman just died. He wrote the James Bond theme. Or maybe he didn't; it's contested. Either way, his name is on it, and he's dead.

Spotted another example of the same today. Basil Poledouris. Died Nov. 8th 2006. Please mark (as I can't do it myself (yet?).

I don't think our page tracks specific death dates, just a symbol to indicate that the person is deceased. At any rate, yes, please mark. |
