Starting preparations for another meeting at the World Soundtrack Award evening/concert
The Ghent Filmfestival has 3 concerts planned from Oct,17th until Oct,19th
Oct,17th
"Scoring for Scorcese"
a concert with music from Scorcese movies held in the Bijloke in Ghent.
Oct,18th
"7th. Heaven (1927)"
Simultaneous played with a new score by Kevin Toma.
Concert in the Myri Hall of the Conservatory
Oct,19th
Gala of the World Soundtrack Awards
Alexandre Desplat in concert
Lifetime achievement award for Riz Ortolani
This day will also be a meeting for SST and MT members.

SST will be present at the press conference.
Many composers will attend there.
SST (and MT) members who want to join are asked to register with their names in order to get clearance to enter.
Girlfriend and I already bougt our concert tickets.
We are in G block seat 157 and 158
In this block there are still tickets left.
You may order these tickets through the festivals website:
www.worldsoundtrackawards.be
and then click "tickets" on the right side.
Exact time and date for the meet & greet will be revealed here as soon as they are confirmed.

Sadly not there. I keep missing my dad's birthday because of WSA. And on the monday I leave for my vacation to Brasil.

I will not be present at the press conference.
A day before I will be helping at the Pink Floyd Fans Nederland Fan day. I will be very late (or better say early saturdaymorning) that I am at home again.
Still not definately decided if I go to the concert.

Unfortunately I won't be able to come to Gent this year. I'll start my trip to Nepal next Monday!
