Update on our situation: Andycutu and baby gouda will be in Romania this week so I might be able to attend. It's a 4h drive to from Berlin, I could leave work earlier and be there around 6-7pm and get back the next day.
Now the question is how expensive this adventure would be? You guys have a final price on the tickets?
Also, about accommodations, are you planning headquarters somewhere like in Krakow? At what price. If some of you already booked hotel rooms, give us the address, so we try to be in the same area.
Really hopping to make it... DRAGONS !!!

DTF and her +1 already have a room there
hwh and I will book a room when we have our tickets
Ola will probably book a bed there in one of the dorms.
Nath is also looking at the female only bedroom, but we are not allow to tell Andy that.
There is also a Best Western hotel close by if anyone would prefer that. |

I secured 15 tickets sp no problem there nath.
don´t know about the actual prize but organisation has asked to wait a few days to discuss our promotion and group discount
I haven´t planned an hotel yet, but I think last time we where at a Mercure Hotel (?)

Great! I just checked the tickets prices on their website, it's quite affordable, even for broke me!
Mercure Hotel seems a bit expensive, I think I'll crash at Fee's hotel (Mosaic House). We already have a plan with Cal, which implies dressing up as 16-years-old catholic Czech girls...

No way back for me and hwh. We booked our plane. We arrive Thursday in the afternoon and leave Sunday early in the evening.
We are going tp stay in the proposed headquarters? If so I will book a room there as well. |

I just booked a bed in a 6-person dorm at Fee's hotel (Mosaic House), with breakfast and cancellation option, paid 22€! I love Prag! I just hope nobody will beat me up and rob my cheese during the night!

The twin room I booked was way more expensive But it is booked from 23 to 26. |

it is official! i'm going to prague!!
just bought bus tickets from and back to warsaw for half the price 
now i have to find the login to my euro account and book one bed in that famous female dorm in fee's hostel. nath & cal, see you there ;D

SO is everyone arriving on the 23rd except mjunic and I? We will be there from the 22nd to 25th. Staying at Prague International Hotel, mjunic doesnt like dorms or shared bathrooms...

Dutchbat arrives on wednesday.
And some of us don't like dorms either. DTF has her own room and I as well. It still has the advantage of being in the same building as the dorm sleepers. |
