Dinner before concert sounds great and hostel is good too! I have to save money on this trip :/ When is the meet&Greet? Is that the one with Silvestri?! Is anyone arriving on the day of the concert, saturday? I was planning onone night only, but if the meet & greet with Silvestri is earlier, well then I have to come earlier. |

We booked our flight and accomodation as well. (no bunkbeds for us  ) will be arriving friday night at 10 or something
And i was wondering... since this is a kinda ceremony-y occasion should i bring more formal wear than for prague? |

I have more details about the dinner with the main titles. It is a three course diner with snacks and drinks before hand. Wine and water is included in the price. It is 42,50 euro total. I attended this a couple of years back and it was quite fun!
If some of you find it too expensive and cannot join anymore. Let a Dutchbat or Sirius know as soon as possible. I am now out to China. |

Just received the message that also some members of Maintitles are not coming to the diner. The group is now too small, so the suggested diner is cancelled.

Hey
I'm the organiser of the dinner.
We found a better deal at www.baskuul.be , a short walk from the concert venue.
25EUR for appetizers, main course and a dessert. That's doable right? And it's a fine restaurant!
However, we need 20 people for this to happen. The MainTitles group is 14 people currently. I need a real confirmation from you guys who want to join MainTitles. I would suggest sending me an advance to confirm your attendance! Those who were there 3 years ago can confirm it was a great way to start the evening.
Please send me an e-mail as soon as possible (before the weekend) to confirm subscription, and I'll send you details on what to do.
