okay I notcied the preview for this movie. It seemed to look pretty good. And they play some good music from that era. Anyways I know that we try to keep this site about the film scores. But I think this album may just blend. Frank Sinatra! I guess its up to you J! All I am asking is that we consider it.
thanks! |

Frank Sinatra!? BLAH!!!!!
If I want that dated crap I'll go somewhere else.
When Sinatra passed away my grand-mother turned to me and said, "One of the great things about growing old is getting to see people you don't like die." |

Even though I haven't heard this, I think I'll have to agree with uncle C here. I remember when I was younger (must have been, what, almost a year ago ) and used to request soundtracks from musicals and stuff, but I've grown away from that now. In my humble and ever-changing opinion, SST will do better if it focuses on scores, although not necessarily instrumental or symphonic ones. And takes away those awful FM MIDI game tracks! |

Okay I will say first I have seen the movie but I haven't seen what's on the score...
From what I remember there's alot of music that's themed from that time, but not alot of actual music that's from it, and no there's no Frank Sinatra that I recall.
Plus the song at the end is pretty cool, with both Renee Zellweger and Ewan MacGregor singing.
