SST now supports mp3PRO technology!
Both channels are already mp3PRO
enabled. The sound quality will be significantly better if you install
the mp3PRO codec, especially on the low bitrate streams. There is a
plug-in for Winamp 2.x as well as a mp3PRO player available for download at
mp3PROzone. If
you install the plug-in for Winamp, go to Winamp Preferences ->
Plug-ins/Input -> THOMSON mp3PRO Decoder, then click Configure. We
recommend enabling all of the check boxes, but feel free to experiment
with the settings. Once you have configured the plug-in, restart
Winamp and prepare to be blown away by the sound quality! Thanks!
