For all members visiting the LA-concert, please let Socr8s know in time how many tickets you need and for how many concerts (Sat, or Sat+Sun)
Any details according to a possible meet & greet with a composer will be announced in this thread too.

Just to verify for socr8s, I will be coming with my husband so I amd Zgurl+1 for both concerts please 
Also for those keeping numbers, I had to book my hotel already because my air was cheaper so please don't count me in the room count for a group rate. Sorry!

Hotel rooms have been booked. I reserved 10 for $150 a night. I plan on getting emails sent out next week for ticket and hotel money. This will help in getting the current head count. |

Great Socr8s and thanks. I think/presume/hope Siri will confirm the rooms for the Dutch party.
If HWH is coming along, he will share a room with Caliburn and I will share with Sirius.
But they have another travelschedule so Siri will give you the details.
The guest won't need an hotel as most of the invitees are from the LA region.

Which hotel will you be staying at? Sadly, $150 pr. night is too much for poor me, but I aim to find a cheaper place (hostel/inn/motel etc.) in the vicinity of the Bowl and where 'it's happening'. |

You could PM NessySheep for that, she found a lodging when she was at the JWC two years ago.
Or try www.booking.com: you can enter the search criteria on price too.
That one has up to 20 hotels ranging from €40 -€ 99 per night.
One of them is the Best Western PLUS Hollywood Hills which is relatively near to the venue. (see map on site)
others looking for modest priced accomodation can check there too.

The rooms are booked from Friday to Monday but you can come and go whenever within that time.
Also, if we don't use the full 10 rooms, the prices will be normal rate ($175-$200+). Let's get 10 rooms so everyone can save some money. Split a room if you have to.
First post updated with hotel room occupancy info. We still need 4-5 rooms booked. Check the list to make sure I got you. |

Ok I just booked my room at the Super 8 Hollywood. The hotel is about 2 miles from the bowl. Nothing special, it is a Super 8 but gets decent reviews. it seems clean and has a bed. that is pretty much all I need.
king bed non smoking for 90.00 a night. total with tax 418.11 for 4 nights.
arriving Thursday and leaving Monday.
