Arrangements are in progress to have a meet & greet with composer(s) for the SST members only.
It's very difficult to arrange due to a tight schedule but I hope we can pull it off and have a ncie event again, comparable with the one we had with Ryan Shore and George Shaw in Los Angeles, last year.
No names are confirmed yet, but I'll let you know when they are, same for location.
As soon as I'll be back from Fimucité I'll start arranging hotels and transport etc. |

I paid for FMF "karnets" and tickets yesterday.
BTW: If anyone from the list of coming to Kraków this year will change his/her mind, let me know as soon as possible, please! _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

Once I have announced which composers will attend the SST meet & greet I think we need more tickets for the weekend concerts.
Provisional list of names that have been released at the Fimucite Festival include names as:
Alberto Iglesias
Don Davis
Ernst Reijsiger
Trevor Morris
Abel Korzeniowski
And 5 more
SST brings in Maciek Dobrowolski of course and Bartosz Chajdecki was invited by me as well and if his schedule allowed him he would be willing to be our guest at the meet & greet too. _________________

I knew that, but wasn't allowed to tell.
If you had checked my requests after we mentioned that in chat, you could have known
It will be great to meet with Craig. _________________

Howdy
Just stopping by to say that Andycutu and I booked our flight tickets today. We will probably spend a few days in Italia the week before, then arrive to Cracow on Saturday for the week-end concert.
Can't wait, so exited to see you all and enjoy Matrix live while devouring all the Polish cheese _________________ Mighty Pirate Captain and happy dad of a little cube cheese |

OMG didn't realize I'll get competition on the Oscypek cheese !!!
Let me know what dates you arrive and leave Nathanael. I can communicate that already with the hotel. I presume you need one room for 2 persons (double bed) _________________

Hi Dutch. We should arrive on Saturday and leave on Monday, so it would be 2 nights in double bed room. But let me confirm you this later, when we get our coming ticket, right now we have just the return (we are doing a little "Europe Tour").
-EDIT- Ok we just booked our coming in, we'll arrive from Bologna Saturday 28th (around 10am) and stay in Cracow until Monday morning, so 2 nights.
You guys are all staying at the same hotel? Did you get a good deal? Please keep us in touch about the prices bf booking anything for us.
It'll be awesome, can't wait _________________ Mighty Pirate Captain and happy dad of a little cube cheese |

As we are completing preparations on the program for visiting SST members here's an update:
*Request for chambers at our Krakow HQ (=Hotel Astor) is sent, waiting for reply
I presume last year's group will stay the whole period, and Nath and Andy and Gf only the weekend.
If others need a room please let us know
*Request for transportation is sent for the weekend concerts to the Tinning Plant. Additional transport can be arranged depending if we get permission and if there's enough interest to go to the workshop at the Alvernia Studios. This probably will be on Friday!
Costs for the bus will be shared between users.
* Although I'm still struggling to get a design I visioned there will be T-shirts. "Musketeers" are still working on that. People who haven't mentioned their size previously please report to Molossus. (also if your old size has changed)
* There will be a special SST Meet & Greet on sundaymorning. Invitations to visiting composers are done, but Maciek Dobrowolski and Bartosz Chajdecki have been invited by me.
Bartosz already acknowledged he wil be there
Time and place yet to be determined. |
