Oh are me and hwh included in the Bogowie one? Our deadline was not passed. We did not really talk about it, but he probably will not mind.
Is there much time between Bogowie and Star Trek or do we have to hurry? |

Yes Cal! As I said before, I keep two seats for both of you. Please make your decision before the end of this weekend if possible.

The first movie starts at 15:00 and is 2 hrs long.
The second one starts at 20:00.
The trip from the fist venue to the second takes around 1 hour by tram (line number 1).
It looks like we won't be in a big hurry. _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

Also due to the fact that the person I won't mention has a concert in the Tauron Arena as well , 2/3 of the cheaper hotel rooms are booked for the weekend of 29/30 May.
This includes our HQ Aparthotel Astor.
This leaves us the following to decide:
1. Everyone finds an alternative hotel for the whole period of stay by him/herself.
If we decide to do this I recommend the Ibis Cracow Hotel, which has rooms for 5 nights starting at € 338.
2. we book rooms for SST in Astor until 29th and then book somewhere else for the weekend (near Arena?)
This however is not an option for me as I have our meeting guests to harbor as well.
3. If we all agree to stay the whole period in Ibis Cracow Hotel
I can make an addition to my booking if you let me know your arrival date and sort of room needed.
I already asked for an offering for SST Events which needs 2 double rooms and 2 singles.
Decisions before end of this week, as hotels turn more expensive by the day. _________________

Ibis Budget Kraków seems to be the cheapest hotel in the resonable distance from the Old Town indeed (it is located near the Main Station).
I got an offer over the internet of around 245 Euro for 5 nights (double room) in that hotel.
My honest opinion is: Let's go for Ibis. _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

I was actually talking about the IBIS Krakow Centre at the southwest of the centre, which is situated more central for either centre town and Pauza in Garden café.
But it's more expensive than the Budget IBIS.
From the regular IBIS I got an offering:
For a double room from 27/5-01/06 1641 PLN (around 410€ excl breakfast 34 PLN)
If I use my IBIS Business card I may get 10% discount on the total.
I'll check the IBIS Budget too. |

Now I know what you mean Dutch.
Ibis Kraków Centrum is OK for me too.
I got an offer of 1531,80 PLN for 5 nights (breakfast not included) from them for a double room. _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

Both Ibis Budget and Ibis Center are ok for me. I can share a Twin room with molossus (arriving on Tuesday 26 May and leaving on monday 1 June) _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)

I will book a room for us, then, Sirius! Or maybe Dutch will prefer to do it on our behalf alltogether.
Now we need to choose one of those hotels.
Ibis Centrum looks to be a bit better location concerning our venues and MOS address.
FYI: MOS (Małopolski Ogród Sztuki) is a place where meets&greets and workshops usually take place. _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

No as I read it the 40 parking lots are free. I guess the 50 PLN is for when it is full. |
